I have the upmost respect for my client's personal data only processing personal information for the following purposes: to contact my customers to book appointments to view furniture or visit your home at your request, to arrange collection or delivery of your furniture.

Digital information I gather might include:

• Your name

• Your contact telephone number

• Your email address

 

If you purchase a service from me, I also gather personal information from you including your postal address.

I never use any information gathered for any purposes except those outlined above.

In accordance with GDPR, from 25 May 2018 you may request a copy of any of your data that I have collected and ask us to delete or destroy it.

My emails are powered by Gmail and your email address will be stored in my personal contacts folder - like you would with a friend. Like any email system data is stored securely by those clever data centre people but you can read all about that here if you wish.

I will not sell or pass on any information or data to any other company, business or individual, unless required to do so by law.

I retain and hold all information gathered securely under the Data Protection Act and in line with ICO recommendations.
